Our Mission

We've been there. The endless vendor hunts. The processes rebuilt from scratch every year.

As a team from the University of Amsterdam and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam's entrepreneurship program, we've experienced firsthand how broken event planning is for student associations. Hours wasted. Knowledge lost. Opportunities missed.

MoonShot Events solves this. We're building the platform that preserves institutional knowledge, connects associations with trusted vendors, and transforms event planning from a burden into a seamless process. Because student boards deserve better.
